Respite Care - Respite care is a support system for family caregivers. Professional caregivers perform the majority of caregiving duties. Some of the most common tasks performed by our caregivers include:
Companion Care- Provides assistance to older adults who need to live safely and comfortably at home. This type of care covers a range of basic tasks and activities that many seniors find difficult to perform on their own. With companion care, seniors can maintain their routines and continue to maintain independence.
Personal Care- Also referred to private duty care, makes it possible for older adults to age in place while living with physical disabilities or a chronic health condition. This type of care includes help with personal activities, such as dressing, bathing, and mobility. This allows seniors to maintain their independence and continue living at home, rather than moving to a care facility.
Dementia & Alzheimer Care- Services can be tailored to your loved one's dementia and/or Alzheimer diagnosis. We make it easier to manage the unique challenges of different dementias. We create a one-of-a-kind care plan for every client that is tailored to your loved one's condition, so that care is consistent with his or her diagnosis.
Nonmedical Care- Providing nonmedical home care ensures seniors maintain as much self-sufficiency as possible.
Capable Caring Hands can offer 24-hour home care services when your loved one needs continuous assistance in daily tasks. Situations may vary, and no one client care plan fits all, but one thing is certain: our priority is to provide care and support for your loved one with the highest level of care.
